Return Policy

Z-Aglet's goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In case of manufacturing defect, you can return it to us within 15 days of purchase for exchange or refund. We will only accept unused, unworn, unaltered products in original packaging materials that are re-sellable. If the merchandise is not returned to us within 15 days, according to the above guidelines, it is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns on the basis of style or aesthetic reasons. In case of any size issues, only size exchange would be permissible.

All returns must be pre-authorized. An authorisation number can be obtained by e-mailing us at customercare.zaglet@gmail.com.

Place the original package into a shipping carton. DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original packaging. Please use the carrier allotted you on the confirmation of the return. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please include a copy of the packing slip stating if you want an exchange or refund.


Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Control department. Please note that any items altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for return. After a satisfactory examination of returned merchandise, a refund or exchange will be issued to the customer. NOTE that we cannot hold merchandise or guarantee availability of merchandise for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, we cannot hold the credit for future purchases and a refund will be issued

REFUNDS

Please allow 5-10 business days for Z-Aglet to process your return merchandise. No freight charges or return freight charges are refundable. 

Credit card payments will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement after we have received your returned merchandise.
